Moda Operandi is seeking a Client Services Specialist - Temp to provide a superior level of service to our global clients through phone and email. In this role, you will respond to client inquiries, resolve service issues, provide accurate order and product information, and help support client conversion and retention.

This position will begin as a three-month temporary assignment. Based on business needs and individual performance, there may be an opportunity to transition from temporary status to regular full-time employment.

This remote position is well-suited to someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and previous client or customer service experience.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Support

• Respond to clients via phone and email in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle a high volume of client inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Accurately and confidently communicate order information, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, return, and service-related issues.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.

Client Experience & Problem Resolution

• Provide a high level of service to our global clients while helping support client conversion and retention.
• Use strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and de-escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving products and services to provide accurate information and support.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues affecting client orders and returns.

Team & Workplace

• Maintain a positive, professional approach and act with integrity when working with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to established work schedules and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support the overall client experience.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of client or customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively de-escalate client concerns.
• Comfort learning and working across multiple technology platforms and systems.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Position Details

• Employment Status: Temporary, three-month assignment with the potential to transition to regular full-time status based on business needs and individual performance.
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends, is required. Work schedules may fluctuate during peak business periods.

Compensation

$18.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience
