Description
A residential services organization in New York City is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its growing team in Manhattan in a Per Diem role.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Days or Evenings or Nights
- Schedule: Per Diem
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am or 11pm to 7am or 12am to 8am
- Setting: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk coverage and maintain a safe, secure, and orderly shelter environment
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist residents with requests
- Conduct regular facility health and safety checks and follow emergency procedures
- Support intake, discharge, and client referral processes as needed
- Enter shift notes, activity logs, and case management updates accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
