Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday Hours: 9pm - 7am (4 - 10hr shifts)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients. Your ability to handle high-volume calls, navigate multiple systems, and communicate effectively will be key to building strong client relationships and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume inbound calls and perform data entry tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
- Utilize multiple systems and applications simultaneously, including custom in-house software and standard customer service tools
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Clear verbal communication skills and strong active listening abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service roles
