Please include a cover letter as part of your application packet. There are three reasons why we require a cover letter as part of the application process: a. This is a writing job. Following instructions from our clients is critical to our success. If you can’t follow these instructions, we will probably not be a fit. c. The cover letter will give you the opportunity to express ideas not easily conveyed on your resume. Please address all of the following topics. Applications submitted without a cover letter addressing all of these topics will not be considered:

    • Describe your current work situation and why you are applying for this role.
    • What interested you in this role?
    • What specific skills do you possess that will help you succeed?
    • Describe your experience that relates to this position.
    • Confirm you saw the pay rate for this position and that it meets your expectations.
