Large Northeast energy utility is looking for an early-career, phone-driven Energy Efficiency Consultant to support its Massachusetts efficiency programs. You'll track incoming leads, make outbound calls to follow up on open proposals, and pull data as needed.

Client Services Representative - Energy Efficiency Consultant
Westwood, MA. Hybrid, 2 days in office (Tue and Wed)
Contract, 40 hrs/week, M-F 8:30a-4:30p
Duration: 18 months, with potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Start: ASAP
Rate: Depending on experience, $22-28/hour+

Large Northeast energy utility is looking for an early-career, phone-driven Energy Efficiency Consultant to support its Massachusetts efficiency programs. The role is sales and lead development. You'll track incoming leads, make outbound calls to follow up on open proposals, and pull data as needed. If you're comfortable on the phone and like keeping a pipeline moving, this is a great entry point into the energy industry. New grads with an internship are welcome.

What You'll Do:

• Track and manage all incoming energy efficiency leads
• Make outbound calls to check in on proposals and keep customers moving
• Pull and organize data for reporting
• Support the development and promotion of efficiency programs to meet goals
• Coordinate with the project and program team on customer follow-through

Must Haves:

• 0-2 years of experience (new grads with an internship considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Call center, customer service, or inside sales experience
• Basic Excel and Office skills for data pulls

Nice to Have:

• Sales or lead generation experience
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Interest in energy, utilities, or sustainability
