Client Services Representative (On-site in Olathe, KS)

Hyfin is looking to add a Client Services Representative as we are experiencing high growth. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mind-set, enjoy helping clients, know how to build lasting relationships, and be able to handle multiple client accounts while continuing to grow the business. 

As a Client Services Representative, you will help the team onboard new clients on to our payment platform(s) and ensure their success with the product. You will learn and become familiar with the product offerings and configurations. As new clients are onboarded on our platform(s), you will assist in training and help document and solve issues that could occur to ensure a positive experience for each customer. You will collaborate closely with a quickly adapting development and sales team to ensure the product’s robustness and client satisfaction. 

What you will be doing: 

• Answer and respond to phone calls and emails 
• Set up accounts for new users 
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests 
• Diagnose and catalog issues that are reported and communicate expectations to client 
• Train new clients on software 
• Test new technology/ software updates 
• Schedule time to assist in training or troubleshooting 
• Ensure client satisfaction after training

This is an on-site, full-time salaried position located in our Olathe, KS office.
