ABOUT THE ROLE
A financial services organization is seeking Client Service Representatives to join a high-volume customer support team in St. Petersburg. The role handles approximately 50 60 inbound calls per day, with volume potentially reaching 80 calls during peak periods, while placing a strong emphasis on service quality, compliance, and accurate documentation. New hires will receive 1 2 weeks of training and will use internal reference guides rather than scripted call handling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle a high volume of inbound client calls and provide professional, solutions-oriented service.
Resolve routine customer requests such as username/password assistance and contact information updates.
Research customer questions and service issues using internal procedures and reference materials.
Document each customer interaction accurately while remaining engaged on the phone.
Verify required customer information and follow established compliance procedures before taking account-related actions.
Coordinate with internal departments when additional research or assistance is needed.
Clearly explain procedures, resolutions, and next steps to customers.
Follow up with clients by phone or in writing when necessary.
Maintain accurate records while working across multiple systems and applications.
Meet established standards for call quality, compliance, documentation accuracy, and customer service.
