Client Services Representative – Event & Travel Coordination (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to support client communication and coordination related to events, travel arrangements, and scheduling. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and organized experience by assisting with logistics, timelines, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email and online platforms
- Assist with scheduling consultations and managing timelines
- Support coordination of travel and event-related details
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups as needed
- Collaborate with internal team members to support service delivery
Qualifications
