We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Role Overview The Client Services - New Business - Investment Specialist is responsible for accurately and promptly processing all new investment account openings and incoming investment account transfers, and for coordinating investment-related service requests from submission through completion. This is fully on-site.Duties and responsibilitiesAccurately process all new investment account opening applications from submission through funding.Accurately enter and update client account data and case status within the CRM.Follow up and resolve new business cases that are not in good order or require additional information from clients or custodians.Liaise with custodians and investment partners to track account status and ensure timely completion of all pending transactions.Manage the full new business lifecycle, including ACAT transfers, direct rollovers, account transfers, and new account funding.Provide advisors and clients with account status updates and support related to investment account processing.Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with firm and custodian requirements.QualificationsAssociate degree or higher.Preferred 2 years of experience in financial services; investment operations, brokerage, RIA, or account processing experience strongly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Detail-oriented.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook, Calendar, and Excel.Benefits$58,000 per year base salary plus monthly production bonus Future career growth opportunity.401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.United Healthcare PPO medical coverage for employees, paid by the company.Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and many more voluntary options.Generous holidays and PTO.Come and join a team that is making a difference in their clients and employee's lives!
