    Client Services Manager - Home Health

    BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Berks County Visits Office, located in Wyomissing, PA.

As a Client Services Manager, you''ll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, developing relationships in the community, and helping grow and manage your office''s caseload.

    What You''ll Do

    • Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
    • Manage and proactively grow your caseload.
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support quality home care delivery.
    • Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
    • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office and field teams.
    • Monitor key business metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes.
    • Support the overall growth and success of the Berks County office.

    What We''re Looking For

    • Bachelor''s degree preferred.
    • Prior healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
    • Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
    • Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
    • Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
