General Description:The Client Services Manager will grow, develop and build relationships with new clients and expand market presence with existing clients to increase top-line revenue and bottom-line results while promoting the core values of caring, expertise and service. Effectively negotiate and execute staffing agreements with new clients.
Essential Job Functions:
Hit minimum performance standards per week as outlined by ManagerTrack and follow-up on Client Expert Opinion Scores (EOS)Works to achieve pre-established goals for days filled/fill rate per monthResponsible for office success if and when the Manager is absentDevelop marketing, account management and sales strategies to establish and/or expand staffing business in current territory with both new and existing clientsNegotiate, compose and execute contracts and achieve pre-established goals for contracts out/in per weekWork as a client sales manager within the DivisionMaintains continuous source of information and availability of the active base of clients; takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the clients with appropriate follow-up; uncover clients' needs, situations, and problems by asking questionsResponsible for maintaining and supporting client credentialing and referencing processRetain flexible schedules in order to service clients requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call dutiesCoordinate the seamless transitions of new clients and client needs to recruitment/staffing team members; serve as liaison between recruitment and clientsCommunicate with clients regarding possible extensions for talent, or with talent once they have completed assignmentsUse the sales process when meeting with people from different levels, positions or backgrounds, to overcome resistance/complaints by recruits/clientsEstablish appropriate recruiting activities to ensure high percentage of orders are filled on timeMaintain, manage and submit weekly activity reports per deadlinesAssist client with Quality Assurance functions as it relates to providersAssist with aging and Accounts Receivable; follow-up as neededAttend meetings involving Manager, as neededTravel via car or airplane to cover territory, as neededWork with current and prospective clients to identify new RFP and/or MSP opportunities to develop new direct business linesMake formal presentations to potential clients to increase awareness of Supplemental Health Care (SHC) and to promote local and national servicesAssist in the processing of payroll to ensure correct invoicing by the collection and submission of weekly field talent timesheetsCoordinate with compliance team to ensure talent are compliant and cleared to start and ensure SHC internal client documents are up to date

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Talents:
Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience required; health care industry experience preferredAdditional healthcare staffing experience required for a Senior level roleBachelor's Degree preferredMust have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet; internet job boards and internet recruiting experience preferredBasic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experienceKnowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of compositionKnowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systemsAbility to read, analyze and interpret production reportsAbility to successfully skill market and open new business opportunitiesAbility to work independently and with other team membersAbility to organize and complete work in a timely mannerAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computerMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedMust successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
