    West Sound Workforce is assisting a respected Gig Harbor law firm in the search for a Client Services Manager to join their growing team. This firm specializes in Estate Planning, Business Law, and Consumer Advocacy and is known for providing exceptional service to clients throughout the community.

    An important role within the firm, this position serves as a key point of connection between clients and the legal team. The ideal candidate will bring a polished, professional presence along with a warm, client-focused approach, and will thrive in an environment where organization, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.     Shift information:
    • Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM
    • Onsite
    What you will do:
    • Manage client communication and help ensure a positive, professional client experience
    • Oversee client intake, scheduling, and workflow coordination
    • Maintain attorney and staff calendars, appointments, and deadlines
    • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative systems
    • Assist with file management and tracking the progress of client matters
    • Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and clients to keep matters moving efficiently
    What we are looking for:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or a related practice area
    • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach
    • Excellent organizational, workflow management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
    • Experience supporting attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LEAP or Clio and WealthCounsel preferred
