You'll be at the center of the action—managing client projects, connecting them with the right experts, collaborating with teams across the globe, and making sure every interaction with IDR feels seamless.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day doing the same thing over and over. You'll work across different industries, solve new challenges every day, build relationships with clients, and quickly develop commercial and business skills that can take your career in multiple directions.

If you're curious, organized, comfortable communicating with different personalities, and excited by a fast-moving environment, you'll probably enjoy it here.

    What You'll Do:

    Own your client relationships.
Become the go-to person for your assigned clients, understand how they like to work, and build relationships that go beyond individual projects.

    Keep projects moving.
Coordinate multiple client projects from start to finish, keeping timelines, priorities, and communication on track.

    Communicate like a pro.
Keep clients updated, anticipate questions, manage expectations, and make sure they always know where their projects stand.

    Connect the dots internally.
Partner closely with our Operations and Research teams to find solutions, answer questions, and troubleshoot when something doesn't go according to plan.

    Bring people together.
Coordinate and schedule conversations between clients and industry experts around the world.

    Be the quality check.
Review expert submissions before they reach the client and make sure what we deliver meets the standard we expect at IDR.

    Help grow your accounts.
As you get to know your clients, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and grow key accounts.

    Become commercially savvy.
Learn how our clients and industries operate, understand the competitive landscape, and develop the market knowledge to have smarter conversations with clients.

    What You'll Gain

This role gives you exposure to clients, industries, and professionals around the world while building skills in client management, project execution, communication, problem-solving, and commercial strategy.

You won't just be supporting projects—you'll be trusted with relationships, given ownership, and encouraged to grow with them.

If you're looking for a role where you can learn fast, build real business relationships, and make an impact early in your career, we'd love to meet you.
