Our client is a growing independent wealth management and family office platform that serves ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors. The firm offers access to a broad range of investment solutions, including public markets, private investments, and alternative strategies, while providing highly customized client service and family office support.
The Client Services Associate will play a critical role in supporting client relationships, investment operations, and executive leadership. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across clients, advisors, operations, and senior management, helping ensure a seamless experience for sophisticated investors.

The Client Services Associate Will Be Responsible For:
Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests, providing timely and professional support
Supporting advisors and leadership in maintaining and enhancing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and key external partners
Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and special events
Opening and maintaining investment accounts while ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Processing account transfers, wires, money movements, and other operational requests
Assisting with alternative investment administration, including subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and redemptions
Preparing meeting materials, client presentations, reporting packages, and follow-up documentation
Partnering with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and firm requirements
Supporting firm-wide initiatives, operational enhancements, and special projects
The Client Services Associate Should Have:
3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, family office, RIAs, brokerage, or financial services
Strong understanding of account administration and client service operations
Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred
Series licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
