Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator (Shareholder Communications) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in shareholder communication support, client service, and office productivity tools and a proven ability to draft professional communications and solve routine client issues with sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support shareholder communications and related client service activities.
  • Draft and edit professional written correspondence with clear grammar and tone.
  • Apply critical thinking to research, triage, and resolve inquiries.
  • Leverage basic MS Office skills to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to construct professional written communications with correct grammar.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, in-office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in shareholder communications or financial services operations.
  • Customer service experience in a professional environment.
