What You'll DoIn this dynamic and highly visible role, you'll support sales operations, customer engagement, and cross-functional initiatives that help drive business success.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage customer and prospect information within CRM platforms.Create and track sales opportunities while ensuring data accuracy.Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales activity and customer spending reports.Identify customer spending trends and provide meaningful insights.Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.Partner with multiple departments to support strategic sales initiatives.Assist with sales proposals, competitive bids, and vendor registrations.Monitor project timelines and internal processes to ensure deadlines are met.Help facilitate and track sales opportunities from initiation through completion.Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.Provide backup support for reception and shipping functions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to organize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred
Experience utilizing and maintaining CRM platforms and databases.Experience supporting sales operations or client-focused business functions.
