As a Client Service - Transaction Coordinator supporting Commercial Term Lending originations, you will manage end-to-end document collection and file readiness for post-closing requests (e.g., equity interest changes, title transfers, SNDAs, and maturity extensions). You will serve as the primary client contact for documentation requests and follow-ups, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders (Sales/Client Manager, Credit/Underwriting, KYC, Party Central, Processing, and Closing) to drive timely, accurate submissions and closings. You will own pipeline hygiene and coordinate key milestones to reduce operational and credit risk and improve time-to-close.
