Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
-
Service and support Investment and Banking clients through inbound and outbound phone interactions.

Handle client requests and inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.

Assist clients with banking and investment-related products and services.
-
Resolve client issues from start to finish using a closed-loop resolution process.

Escalate opportunities to Wealth Advisors, Lending Officers, and other business partners when appropriate.

Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Manage client follow-up activities and support risk management initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Active Series 6/63/66/66/7 License
- Strong customer service and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial services, investments, or banking products.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
