Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a responsive and empathetic experience for clients following policy enrollment. This hybrid, primarily remote position focuses on managing customer service touchpoints, post-sale execution, data reconciliation, and maintaining accurate client records within CRM systems. Emphasizing accuracy, timeliness, and compassion, the role supports the client lifecycle and agency operations across ACA, Medicare, and other insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service inquiries with professionalism, care, and timely resolution
• Assist clients with claims, policy changes, and annual ACA re-enrollments
• Conduct proactive client outreach during enrollment periods and grace periods
• Update and audit client records in CRM for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain sales tracking spreadsheets and commission reconciliation within 90 days
• Report daily metrics and critical success measures to agency dashboards
• Collaborate with team members and support internal communications
• Serve as backup to Client Support Specialists as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong data entry, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Current and active insurance license
• Excellent client support, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• Empathetic approach to client interactions
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and analytics tools
