Client Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and follow established call scripts and procedures
- Schedule service calls and maintain required call ratios
- Enter and manage customer data in ServiceTitan (service software)
- Perform follow-up, happy customer, and club member calls
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed
- Complete basic administrative tasks, including filing and follow-up correspondence
Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- GED or equivalent
Typical Schedule- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Occasional additional hours and rotating after-hours phone coverage required
