Client Service Representative

Join our team at VCA Cedar Animal Hospital! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our hospital. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our veterinary team.

What You’ll Do

·         Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.

·         Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.

·         Process payments and explain hospital services and fees.

·         Maintain accurate medical records and client information.

·         Assist clients with prescription requests, products, and general pet care information.

·         Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience is preferred but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!

·         Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

·         Positive attitude with a passion for helping people and their pets.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation  

$18.00 – $22.00/hour  Pay range is negotiable based on experience, education, skills, and credentials. 

Schedule  

Full or part time opportunities available.  Flexible scheduling available.  Hospital is open weekdays 8am-6pm.   Rotating Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm required.
