Client Service Representative — Hickory Pet Inn

Schedule & Pay

• Four 10 hour days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (subject to change)
• Starting at $16/hr

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
• Provide clear, compassionate communication
• Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
• Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
