Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Arbitration Hub, providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Manage issues from identification to resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation and track issue status
- Build customer relationships through problem-solving and guidance
Requirements- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Calm under pressure
- Spanish proficiency preferred
