Were looking for a Client Service Representative who enjoys helping people, takes pride in getting the details right, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Youll be a key point of contact for our clients, helping them manage their policies, understand their coverage, and feel confident in the service they receive. Youll also play an important role in maintaining accuracy and compliance as our agency grows.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound agency calls, answer questions, and provide friendly, responsive service.
- Service existing policies and accurately process policy changes.
- Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow-through.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate additional coverage based on client needs.
- Audit newly written policies for accuracy, required documentation, and compliance with agency and carrier requirements.
- Work with the agency team to resolve discrepancies and keep client records current.
- Balance incoming calls, service requests, and policy reviews while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback and coaching.
- Willingness to obtain Michigan Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses. We cover the cost of pre-licensing courses.
