Overview
We are seeking a
Client Service Representative to support client custody operations, service delivery, and relationship management within a financial services environment. This entry-level role serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests, accurate reporting, and a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Client Service & Inquiry Management
- Proactively respond to client custody-related inquiries on a daily basis
- Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and service issues
- Monitor service levels and ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
Technology & Innovation
- Utilize internal technology platforms and tools to efficiently manage client inquiries
- Introduce clients to new technology solutions, automation tools, and available products
- Support adoption of self-service capabilities and process improvements
Reporting & Operational Support
- Assist senior team members with client conversions, reporting, and data analysis
- Maintain and report on client service performance metrics
- Complete monthly reporting and operational requirements
- Support team projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Risk & Compliance
- Participate in audits, controls, and compliance-related activities
- Follow established policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Support efforts to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn new technology platforms and business processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous client service, operations, banking, custody, or financial services experience
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, or operational support activities
- Familiarity with financial products, investment operations, or custody services
- Experience supporting client onboarding, conversions, or service delivery initiatives
