Client Services Manager - VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County

Rohnert Park, CA

VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County is looking for a Client Services Manager who can lead with energy and heart. You'll be the steady hand behind a busy hospital, building real relationships with clients and the team, keeping daily operations sharp, and creating a team culture people actually want to be part of. What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop client service and administrative Associates
  • Own scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Step in on conflict resolution and client de-escalation; build a strong team culture
  • Keep client flow smooth and resolve non-medical concerns quickly
  • Manage office operations - supplies, phone systems, basic IT troubleshooting
  • Keep records accurate and ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols
  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, deposits, A/R, and billing
  • Partner with leadership on marketing and digital presence

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years supervisory experience in a client-facing role

  • 3+ years in finance or accounting

  • Veterinary industry experience a plus, Emergency/specialty veterinary even better

  • Comfortable lifting 40 lbs, sitting and being on your feet, and thriving in a fast pace

Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability required

Compensation: $68,000-$75,000 base, negotiable based on experience, education, and credentials
