Client Service Manager II - Surety

Bond Processing: Issue and execute new surety bonds, including Bid Bonds, Performance & Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bonds and Commercial Bonds.

Through our underwriting and brokerage experience, we offer surety bonds for contractors that provide a guarantee for the performance and payment obligations of their next construction project. In addition to Contract Surety, Gallagher remains an industry leader in providing smart, effective surety bonds for our commercial surety clients. We harness the creativity of our collective underwriting and brokerage experience to enhance or create surety bonds across many industries and niches within Gallagher.

 

As part of our continued growth, we are building a talent pipeline for future senior level Commercial Client Service Manager opportunities. While this role is not currently open, it is open to being hybrid our of our Gallagher office locations, and we welcome the opportunity to connect with strong talent for upcoming needs.

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Manger to join our Surety team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills attention to detail and a desire to continue to grow in the world of surety. We offer a clear path for long term career growth with direct mentorship from senior leaders.  In this role, you’ll handle a book of surety business and engage with clients and carriers. How you'll make an impact
You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. From processing Bid, Performance & Payment Bonds to Bond Renewals, you’ll handle important tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with team members to improve workflows, nurture client & carrier relationships, and maintain accurate data. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results and meeting compliance standards.

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Bond Processing: Issue and execute new surety bonds, including Bid Bonds, Performance & Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bonds and Commercial Bonds.
• Contribute to the renewal process by delivering timely and high-quality solutions to clients.
• Support New Business activity via handling of new business submissions.
• Work with your team to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity standards.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
