Akkodis is seeking a Client Service Delivery Lead for a Contract with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will lead IAM service delivery operations, governance, and strategic initiatives to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant identity and access management services across the enterprise.

Rate Range: $90/Hour to $100/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Client Service Delivery Lead Responsibilities include:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring performance, security, and SLA compliance.

• Oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing escalations, governance reviews, and service performance discussions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM processes, operational efficiency, and user experience.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to IAM team members while promoting operational excellence.

• Collaborate with security, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams to strengthen IAM controls and support audit requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Proven experience leading enterprise IAM service delivery teams and managing client-facing governance, operations, and stakeholder engagements.

• Hands-on expertise with Saviynt Identity Cloud/IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, RBAC, and IAM operational processes.

• Strong knowledge of CyberArk PAM, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Identity Federation technologies, with the ability to drive IAM strategy and security best practices.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $100.00 per hour
