Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $20.00 – $23.00/hr. Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Thursday & 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday

Duties of the client service coordinator:

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage the new client intake process
• Welcome clients, process check-ins, copayments, and outstanding balances
• Scan clinical documents and maintain accurate records within EHR systems
• Provide general administrative support and monitor office supply inventory
• Address client concerns professionally while following all signature protocols

Requirements of the client service coordinator:

• High school diploma
• Familiarity with mental health services or EHR systems
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
