Job Description

Legacy Capital is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator. We are a Forbes Best in State Team and an Independent Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. We have locations in Maryland and North Carolina with 17 Advisors and 16 operations team members today. We are looking to add another talented operations team member. Key responsibilities of this role would be to handle high volume, centralized new business processing as support to the sales team. This role will also own estate settlement case work for the team.

Schedule is full-time in-office with two remote days per week beginning after 90-days. Full remote position available for experienced out of area candidates.

Position Functions:

  • Account openings and transitions, asset transfers, beneficiary updates, client profile updates
  • Lead processor for team wide estate settlement cases
  • Ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues
  • Follow-up as needed to ensure prompt completion of post-meeting action items

Education & other credentials:

  • College degree or higher
  • 3+ years of similar experience (customer service/support & business processing, preferably within the wealth

management and finance industry)

Compensation Package:

  • Starting base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 reviewed on an annual basis
  • Two tier bonus structure earning between 5-9% of base salary, consisting of team level metrics and role-based performance metrics
  • 401(k) entry at 6 months employment, fully vested immediately, 100% match up to 3% deferral
  • Group benefits: Principal DI policy along with a 10 year $50k death benefit Life Insurance policy
  • Health/Medical Insurance monthly stipend up to $350 maximum towards personal policy premium
  • Annual PTO schedule below + two flex days and all corporate holidays:

First year: 3 weeks

Years 2-4: 4 weeks

Years 5+: 5 weeks

Base Pay Salary

The salary will be $70,000-$80,000/ year
