We are a growing, relationship-driven wealth management firm helping successful individuals, families, professionals, and business owners make confident financial decisions through integrated planning, investment, estate, and tax guidance.

The Opportunity: Long-Term CSA Career Track

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the person clients and team members can count on. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Career Client Service Associate who wants to build a long-term career in client service and operations without necessarily becoming a Financial Advisor.

The path is CSA I --> CSA II --> CSA III --> Lead CSA, offering meaningful growth, increasing responsibility, and a valued long-term role within the client service team.

    What You'll Do

    • Be a trusted, reliable point of contact for client service requests
    • Support account openings, transfers, money movement, maintenance, and client paperwork
    • Keep CRM records, client files, service notes, and task tracking accurate and current
    • Coordinate with advisors, planners, tax team members, custodians, and operations staff
    • Help improve recurring workflows and support newer CSA team members as experience grows

    What We're Looking For

    • Four-year degree preferred
    • Experience in client service, operations, administration, financial services, banking, insurance, or a related professional environment
    • Securities licenses are helpful but not required at entry
    • Strong organization, accuracy, communication, discretion, and service mindset
    • Satisfaction in creating orders, solving service issues, and supporting clients and team members

    Career CSA Progression

    • CSA I: Learn firm systems, service standards, account paperwork, and core workflows.
    • CSA II: Handle more complex requests, own recurring workflows, and support multiple advisors or teams.
    • CSA III: Resolve advanced service issues, improve processes, and become a subject matter expert.
    • Lead CSA: Coordinate CSA workflow, mentor the team, monitor capacity, and help maintain scalable service standards.

    Why This Role Matters

Career CSAs are essential to the client's experience. They provide continuity, protect service quality as the firm grows, and help advisors and planners focus on deeper planning, advice, and client relationships.

    Why Join Us

    • Being part of a stable, relationship-focused firm culture
    • Make a meaningful client impact through consistency, accuracy, and follow-through
    • Grow within a defined CSA career track that values service excellence and leadership

    Compensation

Competitive compensation aligned with experience, responsibility, and long-term contribution within client service.

    Who You Are

You are steady, organized, accurate, service-minded, and energized by helping clients and teammates feel well-supported.

If you want a stable, meaningful client service career where your reliability and professionalism make a real difference, we would enjoy speaking with you.
