ABOUT THE ROLE
Lester Hamrick, financial advisor with Coastal Wealth, is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Service Associate to support the daily operations of his Tallahassee practice. This role is central to delivering a smooth, professional client experience while keeping the office organized and running efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily administrative and office operations
• Answer and coordinate phone calls, emails, and client communications
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
• Assist with preparation and organization of client and business documents
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information
• Support the team with presentations, reports, and general administrative projects
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and professional partners
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
• Provide professional communication and customer service
• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as the business grows
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior administrative, office, or client service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of Social Media and Digital Practice Management
• Financial services or wealth management experience a plus, not required
