The Role
We are seeking a dependable and personable Client Service Associate to join this team in a contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, has strong customer service skills, and is looking to grow their career in the insurance industry. Experience or familiarity with commercial insurance policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely and accurate way

• Support client service needs and follow up on outstanding items

• Maintain accurate records and update client information as needed

• Work closely with internal team members to ensure a positive client experience

• Provide reliable, consistent support in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Required: Strong phone skills with professional and articulate communication abilities
• Highly Preferred: Insurance experience or familiarity with insurance policies such as specialty, general liability and/or worker's compensation
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a client-facing, service-driven role
• Comfortable with a contract-to-hire employment agreement

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per our based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time Contract-to-Hire

Location: Independence, Ohio

Schedule: Hybrid work opportunity may be available upon conversion
