Client Service Associate

What your future day will look like:

• Coordinate investment account openings and guide clients through the onboarding process with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for account servicing requests, transfers, and investment-related inquiries.
• Initiate, monitor, and track account transfers to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Assist clients and advisors with internal and external asset movements while maintaining proper documentation and controls.
• Maintain tracking reports and records related to account openings, transfers, and service activities.
• Support the wealth management team with client service initiatives, mobile deposit processing, and ongoing account administration.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Financial services, banking, wealth management, brokerage, or investment operations experience preferred
• Series 7 license currently held or willingness to pursue licensing requirements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage account documentation and transactions accurately
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple client requests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with advisors, clients, and support teams
