    Description

    The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a Domestic Investment Management Firm to hire a Client Service Associate (CSA).


    The CSA will play a crucial role in providing tailored investment solutions for HNW individuals and families. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's mission to facilitate meaningful wealth management experiences.


    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by effectively managing communications and responding promptly to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Facilitate seamless execution of clients' financial transactions and facilitate coordination with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts and portfolios to identify opportunities for enhancement and inform advisors on potential engagement strategies.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation that clearly convey investment strategies and performance metrics to clients.
    • Support the client onboarding process by diligently gathering necessary documents and coordinating with the compliance team to uphold regulatory standards.
    • Proactively assist in the development and execution of customized investment plans aligned with clients' long-term financial goals.
    • Contribute to team projects aimed at streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and minimize client wait time.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of client service or financial experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric focus.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
