You'll partner with our Client Relationship Manager and Wealth Managers to handle every client request accurately and promptly, so each client feels known, informed, and well cared for. If you're a wealth management professional who takes pride in getting details right and enjoys being the person clients and advisors rely on, this role is for you.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide high-touch service and administrative support to advisors' clients and the Client Relationship Manager, including problem resolution, research, and client inquiriesCommunicate promptly and follow through consistently, giving every client a white-glove experiencePrepare for client meetings by building review books and handouts, coordinating schedules, and arranging refreshments or lunchOwn client requests from start to finish: asset and balance transfers, new account openings, documentation requests, paperwork processing, RMDs, and other operational tasksDocument all client activity accurately in our CRM systemBuild working relationships with third-party custodians to obtain client information as neededAttend client reviews with Wealth Managers in a support role and take ownership of follow-up itemsParticipate in staff meetings and ongoing trainingTake on other responsibilities as assignedWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance3+ years of experience in wealth management or the retirement sectorSeries 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) preferredA genuine client-first mindset and a polished, professional presenceResourceful, independent problem-solving skillsSharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities while staying flexible and self-motivatedStrong time managementExcellent written English, with strong editing, grammar, and presentation skillsProficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Office SuiteWHERE YOU'LL WORKThis is an in-office role at our Franklin Street office in Boston. You'll work in person each day with colleagues, clients, vendors, and custodial partners, and by phone as well. The position reports to the Managing Partner, with day-to-day guidance from the Senior Client Relationship Manager.
