    Client Service Analyst

    Private Wealth Management | San Francisco

    Evolve Talent Partners is partnering with an established San Francisco-based wealth management firm to hire a Client Service Analyst.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in building a career in private wealth management. The Analyst will work closely with advisors and senior client service professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting high-net-worth clients while learning the systems, processes, and operational foundations of a sophisticated wealth management business.

    The ideal candidate is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering exceptional service. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day operational support to advisors and client service professionals

    • Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, engagement agreements, investment policy statements, and related documentation

    • Support account activity including transfers, wires, checks, trades, and portfolio rebalancing under the direction of experienced team members

    • Prepare materials for client meetings and track follow-up items and next steps

    • Maintain client and internal databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping

    • Assist with projects involving portfolio updates, documentation, data quality, and process improvement

    • Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, vendors, and internal colleagues

    • Identify and escalate non-routine, sensitive, or time-critical issues appropriately

    • Contribute to projects designed to improve team processes and the overall client experience

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Relevant internships or experience in client service, administration, financial services, accounting, or a related area are helpful but not required

    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment

    • Genuine interest in client service, financial markets, and private wealth management

    • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and follow-through

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

    • Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential information

    • Collaborative, team-oriented approach and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

    Compensation & Benefits

    Starting base salary: approximately $80,000, depending on experience

    The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
