    MAKE AN IMPACT 

    As a Client Resource Assistant, you will 

    • Be a liaison between our accounting professionals and their clients 
    • Initiate proactive client outreach via phone, email, and other means 
    • Check-in and prep client documents upon receipt 
    • Update document request lists; communicate missing items with the client and the relationship manager 
    • Prepare and follow up on reports as needed to ensure progress of work stays on track 
    • Work in tandem with the business development and operations teams, to help manage processes 

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred 
    • Accounting knowledge a plus 
    • Professional client service experience 
    • Strong work ethic and self- motivated to meet performance standards 
    • Strong and confident communication skills 
    • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office
    • Detail-oriented and organized 
    • Positive and professional attitude 
    • Ability to multi-task 
    • Self-starter
