    Almega Management is expanding its Columbus, OH team and is seeking motivated, personable individuals to join us as Client Representatives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, client relations, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development. Previous experience is not required. Almega Management provides structured training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support to help new team members develop strong communication skills, learn client products and services, and become confident representing our clients in professional customer-facing environments.


    As a Client Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact between our clients and prospective customers throughout the Columbus market. You will learn about customer needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs.


    Client Representative Responsibilities

    • Represent client brands professionally during formal customer interactions
    • Connect with prospective and existing customers throughout the Columbus area
    • Learn about customer needs, preferences, and service requirements
    • Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and accurately
    • Help customers compare available options and identify appropriate solutions
    • Assist with new customer acquisition and account enrollment
    • Support existing customers with account questions, service updates, and available upgrades
    • Build positive customer relationships through professional and helpful communication
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
    • Stay informed on client products, services, promotions, and campaign updates
    • Collaborate with team members to support customer service and sales goals
    • Participate in local marketing, promotional, and customer outreach initiatives
    • Work toward individual and team performance objectives


    Client Representative Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be able to work full-time and on-site in Columbus, OH
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
    • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
    • Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
    • Positive and goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or client relations is helpful but not required
