    About the Opportunity

    A growing third-party benefits administration and consulting organization is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its Client Services team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex client accounts, acting as a strategic partner while ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Serve as the lead relationship manager for key client accounts, delivering proactive service and retention-focused support.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, vendor partners, and insurance carriers.
    • Take ownership of complex client issues and coordinate resolutions across internal teams.
    • Support communication strategies related to employee benefits programs, including enrollment and educational initiatives.
    • Analyze plan data and account activity to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client experience.
    • Partner with internal departments to support annual renewals and ongoing account management activities.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and administrative requirements.
    • Monitor claims activity and provide consultative support to clients regarding benefit administration matters.
    • Maintain accurate records and protect sensitive client information.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • 3-5+ years of experience within employee benefits, insurance, benefits administration, consulting, or a related field.
    • Prior experience managing client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
    • Industry licenses or certifications are a plus but are not required.
    • Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and benefit-related events.
