What You'll Do:

In our hybrid role as ClientRelationship Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. You'll build and strengthen long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, and ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through ongoing support. You'll manage the full client lifecycle-making strategic decisions that deepen relationships, improve retention, and deliver measurable value. This is a dynamic, results-driven opportunity for someone who thrives on accountability, communicates with purpose, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact for both clients and the business. In this role you will:

  • Use your Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of client management experience to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, inbound leads, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead client presentations, develop proposals, and negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and inform business strategy
  • Travel up to 10% and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal
  • Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic conversations to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Manage client projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve service or operational issues to maintain a high-quality client experience
  • Oversee contracts, billing, purchase orders, and renewals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and uninterrupted service
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and analyze reports on client performance, service delivery, and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and execution of client retention and growth strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, share insights, and support overall team success
  • Occasionally lift boxes up to 50 lbs
