That allows our Client Relationship Managers to focus on what they do best:Taking care of customers, identifying opportunities, and growing relationships.The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and residential landscape accounts.You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional landscape services. You'll spend your time meeting with customers, visiting properties, identifying needs, developing recommendations, and selling solutions.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys people, sales, problem-solving, and the outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the landscape industry. What You'll DoBuild Strong Customer RelationshipsServe as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial and residential customers.Develop long-term relationships with property owners, property managers, facility managers, and homeowners.Regularly visit properties to understand customer needs and evaluate landscape conditions.Communicate proactively with customers and keep them informed.Respond to concerns, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.Become a trusted advisor rather than simply a service provider.Identify & Sell Landscape EnhancementsA major part of this role is identifying opportunities to improve our customers' properties and recommending the right solutions.You'll have the opportunity to sell services including:Landscape upgrades and renovationsIrrigation installation and improvementsTree workTurf treatmentsShrub and ornamental treatmentsDrainage solutionsPest controlTermite servicesSeasonal and other landscape enhancementsYou'll inspect properties, identify opportunities, develop proposals, present solutions to customers, and follow up to close the sale.You will earn commission on enhanced sales you generate.Work With Our Operations TeamCommunicate customer expectations and priorities to the operations team.Coordinate enhancement projects from sale through completion.Keep customers informed throughout the process.Help resolve service issues by bringing the appropriate team members together.Follow up after projects to ensure customer satisfaction.What Makes GreenSeason Different?At many landscape companies, Account Managers are also responsible for managing crews, routes, equipment, and branch operations.That's not this job.At GreenSeason, our Account Managers are given the opportunity to focus on the customer.You won't be responsible for:Managing landscape crewsBuilding daily routesScheduling crewsManaging the branchManaging fleet and equipment operationsSupervising the field workforceInstead, your focus will be:Relationships.
