Position:

A Private Advisor Team within Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to help deliver a white-glove, highly personalized family office experience to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role serves as a key member of the advisory team and functions as a strategic partner to the Advisors in cultivating and deepening client relationships. Working alongside Advisors, Wealth Strategists, tax professionals, estate planning attorneys, and external centers of influence, this individual will proactively manage ongoing client engagements, monitor planning priorities, facilitate implementation, and drive accountability across stakeholders. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong judgment, and a commitment to delivering a consistently elevated client experience.


The Client Relationship Manager will support clients with a broad spectrum of sophisticated wealth management needs, including cash flow planning, estate and trust strategies, tax planning coordination, charitable giving, liability management, private investments, hedge funds, real assets, structured solutions, and traditional portfolio management. This teammate will play an integral role in translating strategy into execution, managing planning workflows, coordinating multi-disciplinary initiatives, and maintaining the operational excellence required to serve families with significant financial complexity. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to anticipate client needs, foster trusted relationships, and ensure that every aspect of the advisory experience is delivered with precision, discretion, and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the advisory team in the delivery and execution of complex wealth planning strategies for ultra-high-net-worth families and multigenerational households
  • Coordinate planning activities across internal partners and external professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Organize and assess personal financial information and documents for UHNW clients
  • Assist in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
  • Communicate with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
  • Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • Familiarity with trust and estate structures, cash flow analysis, and comprehensive net-worth tracking for high-complexity households.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $130,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
