Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support institutional clients within the Futures & Options and OTC Clearing space. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling trade and position inquiries, lifecycle events, and ensuring high-quality service across global markets.
This is a client-facing, high-impact role requiring strong derivatives knowledge and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for clients across Futures, Options, and OTC Clearing
- Handle client queries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and reporting
- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Support client activities around trade lifecycle events and expiries
- Coordinate client access to internal systems (e.g., Mercury portal)
- Maintain and update client profiles and documentation
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide updates, and track key issues
- Partner with internal teams (product, clearing, collateral) to support client needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort
- Monitor metrics and support reporting via tools like Tableau
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Futures & Options and/or OTC Clearing
- Experience in client service / relationship management within capital markets
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle, margin processes, and derivatives products
- Experience with systems like GMI or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with institutional clients
- Experience in global markets / investment banking environments
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience working with offshore/global teams
