Skyline Wealth Strategies is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional interested in building along-term career in wealth management.

This position begins in client relationship management, providing hands-on exposure to client service,advisor operations, financial planning processes, and wealth management strategies. Through Skyline'sstructured training approach, successful candidates will have the opportunity to begin transitioning intoadvisor responsibilities within approximately six months.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to learn the financialadvisory business from the ground up, and is committed to developing into a future Financial Advisor.


What You'll Do

Phase 1: Learn the Business

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Coordinate advisor calendars and client appointments
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding and account servicing
  • Support seminars, events, and client relationship activities
  • Learn Skyline's planning process, client experience standards, and operational workflows

Phase 2: Advisor Development

As proficiency is demonstrated, responsibilities expand to include:

  • Participating in client meetings
  • Learning financial planning fundamentals
  • Supporting retirement and wealth planning discussions
  • Building client relationship management skills
  • Preparing for a transition into advisor responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, relationship management, hospitality, banking, insurance,sales, or another client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional presence and desire to work directly with clients
  • Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and advisory services
  • Ambition to grow into a Financial Advisor role

Career Path

This role is designed as the first step toward becoming a Financial Advisor at Skyline Wealth Strategies.

Months 1-6

  • Master client service and operational excellence

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a $60,000 base salary with the opportunity to earn up to $20,000 in annual performance-based bonuses, for a target first-year compensation of $80,000.
