CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST III

LOCATION: Vancouver, WA

SALARY: $28-33 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Temporary-to-Hire




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Act as a main point of contact for assigned clients, providing consistent communication and high-level service support.
  • Address and resolve escalated client concerns by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Oversee onboarding activities for new clients, including account setup, required documentation, and initial guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, interaction records, and activity logs in internal systems.
  • Support account management efforts through routine check-ins, follow-up communication, and service coordination.
  • Analyze account activity to help identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as operations, billing, IT, and leadership to support client needs and workflow execution.




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–5 years of client relations, customer success, or account management experience required.
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical laboratory setting preferred.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs










PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, data entry, and telephone communication.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
