Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Client Relations Assistant to support client communication and coordination efforts. This role focuses on maintaining positive client interactions, assisting with inquiries, and helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience throughout the process.
This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and enjoy building strong client relationships in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Provide timely and professional responses to client questions and requests
- Support coordination tasks including scheduling and updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
- Help ensure a consistent and positive client experience
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, and online systems

- Experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services
