Job Description Summary
Under limited direction with a high level of autonomy, leverages extensive experience and expertise to serve as a primary advocate for Chartwell Investment Partners, an investment boutique within Raymond James Investment Management (RJIM). This role acts as a key liaison between Chartwell and internal partners across RJIM, functioning as a subject-matter expert on Chartwell's investment strategies, process, market views, and portfolio positioning. The Client Portfolio Manager plays a central role in articulating investment insights, influencing client outcomes, and supporting business development efforts.
Works independently on broad and complex assignments requiring originality and sound judgment, with appreciable latitude for unreviewed decisions and recommendations. Extensive interaction with internal stakeholders, financial advisors, institutional clients, and senior management is required. Ideally this position will be based in Berwyn (Philadelphia area), PA.
