Who We Need?

The Client Partner is a player-coach role responsible for driving personal revenue while elevating the performance of Account Managers across an assigned geographic hub (Pacific Northwest Area).

This is a hands-on sales leadership role, not a transition out of production. Client Partners maintain their own book of business, carry individual activity and revenue targets, prospect within assigned accounts, and actively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

The Client partner will own hub-level target achievement while leading and expanding strategic relationships across key clients. Develop the team's understanding of each client's technical landscape, business priorities, and strategic needs, coaching Account Managers to identify signals, uncover opportunities, and translate them into relevant services solutions. They will also be responsible for expanding their networks and relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

At the same time, the Client Partner serves as a strategic coach to Account Managers within the hub. They join client meetings, strengthen account and pipeline strategies, improve sales execution, and help AMs identify opportunities that extend beyond traditional staffing and may benefit from Aditi's broader services and Outcomes capabilities.

Success in this role requires someone who can lead by example, consistently produce, develop others, and exercise strong judgment about how to grow and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Drive Individual Revenue and Account Growth

  • Carry personal activity and revenue targets aligned with the expectations and cadence of Account Managers within the hub.
  • Build, maintain, and execute strategic account plans across an assigned book of business.
  • Prospect within assigned accounts to uncover new stakeholders, business units, and opportunities.
  • Drive account expansion and upsell opportunities across existing client relationships.
  • Model strong staffing sales fundamentals, including staffing plans, preset interview commitments, resume review discipline, and consistent client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships from staffing into broader service engagements.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Engagement team to ensure go to market strategies and prospecting is aligned with high growth areas.

Coach and Develop Account Managers

  • Serve as an active sales coach to Account Managers across the assigned hub.
  • Participate in AM client meetings and calls when additional strategy, coaching, or leadership support can strengthen the opportunity.
  • Coach AMs on deal strategy, account planning, pipeline development, client engagement, and overall sales execution.
  • Maintain sufficient visibility across AM portfolios to identify stalled opportunities, missed account plans, pipeline gaps, and areas where additional support is needed.
  • Help Account Managers develop stronger commercial instincts and become more effective at expanding existing relationships.
  • Balance personal production responsibilities with consistent coaching and development of the broader hub.

Identify and Qualify Services Opportunities

  • Recognize when a client conversation has evolved beyond traditional staffing and may represent a broader services or outcomes opportunity.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on the substance of the client's technical, business, or strategic need rather than simply the size of the account or opportunity.
  • Engage the appropriate outcomes or services resources when an opportunity is sufficiently qualified.
  • Coach Account Managers to recognize these signals independently so qualified opportunities surface consistently across the hub.
  • Maintain discipline around when specialized resources are introduced. Routine discovery calls, requisition intake discussions, staffing plan reviews, or conversations without a substantive technical or strategic need should remain within the Account Management organization.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Proven experience in staffing, talent solutions, or staffing solutions sales. Direct industry experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to both hunt for new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Track record of achieving individual revenue or sales targets.
  • Experience building and executing strategic account plans.
  • Demonstrated success identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing sales professionals while maintaining individual production responsibilities.
  • Strong pipeline management, account strategy, and client relationship skills.
  • Executive presence and credibility with client stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to recognize when a client need extends beyond traditional staffing.
  • Comfortable being accountable for both individual performance and the broader performance of Account Managers within the assigned hub.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Client Partner leads from the front. They consistently deliver against their own revenue expectations while making the Account Managers around them more effective. They understand their hub's accounts and pipeline, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and help AMs strengthen their sales discipline and client relationships.

They also understand the difference between a staffing opportunity and a broader services opportunity, ensuring the right resources are introduced at the right time to maximize client value and growth potential.
