Client Outreach Specialist ResponsibilitiesPenmac Staffing is recruiting for an established and growing Brainerd Lakes Area company seeking a Client Outreach Specialist. In this role, you'll help generate new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, identifying interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls using company-provided contact lists
- Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner
- Ask qualifying questions to identify potential business opportunities
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Enter accurate call notes and client information into the CRM system
- Follow established calling scripts and proven outreach processes
- Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment goals
- Represent the company professionally in every interaction
This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your primary goal is starting conversations, creating positive first impressions, and connecting interested prospects with the sales team.Rewards and Benefits
